Thank you for registering for the 2009
ELCA Youth Gathering. Confirmations and housing assignments will be
emailed to all primary leaders beginning the third week of January 2009.
Housing assignments will be prioritized
based on registration payments. If your congregation has not yet
submitted a deposit payment, you will be one of the last to be assigned.
Where to mail registration
payments?
Please mail checks for your Gathering registration fees to the following address.
Please be sure that your
Congregational ID # is written on all checks that are sent to the
Gathering lockbox. Checks cannot be processed if your Congregational ID
# is missing.

What to expect now that you're registered
- The Primary Leader's
email address will be used for sending your
congregation the Gathering
Getting Ready
resources.
- The $125 per-person
deposit is non-refundable. There is an additional
$75 processing fee for registrations that have been
paid-in-full and then cancelled prior to May 25, 2009.
No refunds are given for cancellations made after May
25, 2009, or for no-shows in New Orleans.
- Housing assignments
and registration confirmations will be emailed to the
Primary Leaders at the end of January 2009. Primary
Leaders can begin making reservations with their
assigned hotel in March.

The
Getting Ready materials and Bible studies
have begun to be sent out to adult leaders. They will continue to go
out monthly via e-mail beginning in January and are
posted online. These resources are an important part
of preparing your group and leaders for their experience in New Orleans
and what it means to serve in the mind and manner of Christ.
