Requesting Financial Assistance for the 2009 ELCA Youth Gathering

The last date for submitting Financial Assistance Applications is July 31, 2008.

The ELCA Youth Gathering extends an open invitation for all youth to come to New Orleans, LA in July 2009 for a week of Jesus Justice Jazz. We are committed to making this invitation a reality for those who may not presently have the financial resources to participate.

The ELCA Youth Gathering can provide financial assistance (the full registration fee) for up to 1000 young people. To request financial assistance, please print, complete, sign, and mail or fax in a Financial Assistance Application (pdf format) for each young person for whom financial assistance is being requested. Applications will be reviewed the ELCA Youth Gathering staff.

The application must be completed by either the pastor or the Primary Leader on behalf of the young person, and signed by both.
