What We Offer 

The Wittenberg Center serves the church by structuring and developing the following kinds of programs in cooperation with appropriate church offices and local and global partners.

  • Seminars for lay and rostered leaders and congregational members.
  • An entry into the "Land of Luther".
  • Specially designed pilgrimages for congregational or other groups.  Find out more, look at our "Considerations" brochure and start planning a program.
  • Inter-term programs for seminarians and college students.
  • One and two semester programs for college students.
  • Continuing education programs.
  • Educational and enrichment opportunities for members of Lutheran Campus Ministry.
  • Conferences and gatherings which bring intentional ethnic-specific and cross-cultural reflection on the Lutheran tradition.
  • Conferences focused on women's issues.
  • Theme-specific consultations.
  • Sabbatical opportunities for pastors and other rostered leaders.
  • Sabbatical research opportunities for scholars.
  • Christian youth gatherings.
