Synods are requested to submit their annual operating budgets to the Office of the Treasurer in a consistent format for the purpose of comparison and tracking of trends. Guidelines for Synodical Budget Submission Forms is for assisting you in the completion of the forms.  Since performance versus budget can vary widely, these same forms are to be used for reporting actual fiscal year results using the same categories.
