COOKIE HELP Check your Browser Options/Preferences to make sure cookies are allowed. Netscape 4.X Go to the Edit menu --> select Preferences and then select "Advanced" in the category on the left. Choose either "Accept all cookies" or similar. Hit OK. You may need to close and re-open your browser for the setting to take effect. IE 6.0 Go to the Tools menu --> select Internet Options and then click the "Privacy" tab in the dialogue box. Make sure your privacy setting is set to "Medium." Or, click the "Advanced" button...In the next dialogue box that appears, check "Override automatic cookie handling" and click "Accept" under "First party coookies." Click OK (if you changed the "Advanced" setting, you should click OK twice). You may need to close and re-open your browser for the setting to take effect. IE 5.5 or earlier Go to the Tools Menu --> select Internet Options and then click the "Security" tab in the dialogue box. Next, click on the "Custom Level" button. You will see a "Security Setting" dialogue box. Scroll down to the section on cookies. Make sure that "Allow per-session cookies" is Enabled. (If you are still having problems, make sure "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" is enabled as well.) You may need to close and re-open your browser for the setting to take effect.
