Help us recruit faith-filled people for leadership in the ELCA. You can help prepare leaders for the ELCA:

• Nurture young people in their faith development and urge them to consider full-time ministry in the church (sixth grade is not too soon!)
   

• Pray that God lead faithful, impassioned workers into global and domestic mission fields.
   

• Urge leaders that you know (both clergy and lay) to prayerfully consider whether God is calling them into mission development work.
   

• Distribute the brochure, "Do you complete this picture?" to people you believe have strong ministry skills. Copies are available from 1-800-638-3522, ext. 2680 or DO_Leadership@elca.org.
   

• Contact a mission director in your area and let her or him know of someone you feel has what it takes to be a leader in the ELCA.
