Bible connection: Isaiah 2:5

“Let us walk in the light of the Lord.” (Isaiah 2:5)

Journeys require movement, and in Nicaragua most of the movement of people who are poor is by foot. In these learning events we walk together with our sisters and brothers in this land, seeking hopeful answers to difficult questions about hunger and injustice. We journey alongside Lutherans in Nicaragua, who work together with us to alleviate suffering and to shine the light on God’s gracious promises.
