Tim Frakes is Mosaic Producer.  He has been with the ELCA since 1993.  In March 2007, Mr. Frakes resigned his position with the ELCA to form his own production company, Tim Frakes Productions. A 1983 graduate of Harding University, Mr. Frakes holds a degree in Mass Communication.  

He has produced and directed numerous award winning documentary and image videos across the United States, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean the South Pacific and Europe.  Prior to joining the ELCA staff, Mr. Frakes spent seven years in broadcast television with WCFC-TV in Chicago.  He also spent four years producing corporate video productions in the Chicago market.  Mr. Frakes and his wife Julie make their home in Lombard, Illinois.  They have three children ages 18, 15 and 11.
Barbara Berry-Bailey is host of the Winter 2006 Mosaic titled: Holy Communion and narrator of Mosaic's newest offering, Ready to Forgive: An African Story of Grace.   Barbara is a member of the ELCA Communication Services staff where she serves as Associate Producer for Grace Matters, the Radio Ministry of the ELCA. 
Peter Marty is host of
Grace Matters, the Radio Ministry of the ELCA.  Peter is also Senior Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Davenport, Iowa.  He served as guest host on
"Introducing Jesus of Nazareth."
Jim Parks is a freelance digital non-linear video editor and has lent his considerable creative talents to Mosaic Television since 1996.  In addition, Mosaic programs regularly feature original music composed by Jim Parks.  
Jim Quattrocki is a freelance videographer.  He has contributed to numerous award winning Mosaic Productions.  Mr. Quattrocki has traveled the globe telling stories in Afirca, India, the Middle East as across North America. He makes his home in the Chicago area.
Melissa Ramirez Cooper is no stranger to ELCA communication.  Associate Director for News and Information, Ramirez joined the ELCA staff in 1993.  As a Lutheran journalist, Ramirez has traveled the country reporting on Lutheran activities from Vieques, Puerto Rico, to Rome, Italy.  She makes her home in Chicago.
Rick Steves advocates smart, independent travel. As host of the popular public television series, "Rick Steves' Europe," and author of 27 European travel books, he encourages Americans to dive deep into Europe and become "temporary locals."  Rick is a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Lynnwood, Washington.  Rick has contributed as guest host to Mosaic Television programs including "Opening the Door to Luther" and "Faithful Travel with Rick Steves.
