Fidelity Bond Coverage
Please be advised that
the special fidelity bond program is no longer available as a separate
insurance coverage. This type of fidelity bond is now found and
included as part of the total insurance package provided a congregation.
When you review your
congregation's insurance program this coverage will appear under the
crime coverage designation. You will want to ask your broker/agent to
include an employee dishonesty blanket bond, this will insure
that all persons in the congregation authorized to handle funds, not
just the officers, will be included under the bond coverage.
