ELCA Insurance > Accidental Death and Dismemberment
An Accidental Death &
Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D) program is available to all employees
eligible for benefits under the personnel policies of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, including
missionaries, its synod offices, and the ELCA Board of Pensions
as optional 24 hour AD&D coverage.
This insurance coverage is
provided on a voluntary basis and premium payments are made by means of
payroll deduction.
A booklet is available
explaining the coverage of this insurance plan and also provides the
monthly cost associated with the various levels of insurance benefit
under the program.
