To
attract and retain good people, it is important to provide fair

Our benefits package allows us to hire and retain good
employees in a way that our salary system alone cannot.
Part-time employees working 20 or
more hours per week earn all benefits at a rate proportional to their work time.
The churchwide organization pays the
premiums for the
Board of Pensions (pension,
disability,
medical/dental/chiropractic/mental
health, survivor
benefits, and discounted
vision care). In addition, the churchwide organization provides a number of
other benefits to its employees. These are:

- Vacation (two weeks for new
employees; three weeks after two years; four weeks after five
years)

(accrues at a rate of one day per month)
