This catalog is intended both as a resource for churches and programs interested in applying for a domestic hunger grant and also an educational tool to help synods and congregations share information with their members about ministries supported by the ELCA World Hunger Program in your synod or state.

First, access the hunger grants database either by synod or state. Once you have located the information you wish to share, you may either print a copy or you can copy and paste the text into your word processing program (for use in a bulletin or newsletter text, for example).

Select the text you wish to copy by clicking and holding your mouse once at the top where the text begins and dragging your mouse down to where the text ends. Release the mouse button once you’ve highlighted the text and right-click anywhere inside the highlighted area. Choose “copy.”   (NOTE: If you accidentally clicked the mouse after highlighting the text and it is no longer highlighted, repeat the same process).


Click once within your document (or blank page) to set your cursor where you wish to insert the text. Right-click again and choose “paste,” or you may choose to paste the text from a drop-down menu.
