Before you apply for a Horizon International Internship, contact your seminary's director of contextual education to determine if your seminary has additional requirements.

There are four forms that needs to be submitted for an application: the application and three reference forms. All are available in Formatta format (free download available below). If you download Formatta Filler, you can open each of these forms and save it for later work. Therefore, the forms do not need to be completed all at once or while on-line. These forms can be e-mailed directly to Sonya Lindquist.

The three references that must be submitted to support your application should be confidential references. Either print off a copy of the form and ask the reference person to complete it and submit it to Sonya Lindquist at the address on the top of the form, or direct them to this website (you can use the "Tell a Friend" button on the right).
