YouTubeing East Africa. ELCA Communication staff
Len
Mason and video producer
Tim Frakes teach a group of East
African Christian communicators how to shoot, edit and upload
video to the Internet. The participants come from all over East
Africa: Ethiopia, Rwanda, Madagascar and Kenya. The goals are to
train and equip these talented individuals and then have them
return home with the equipment and train others how to use it.
The result should be East
African video stories on the Internet produced by East
Africans! This project is funded through a grant from the ELCA
World Hunger Appeal. |
