| First Call Theological Education Resources A "Getting Started Handbook" is presently being written using materials from several sources. Ideas and suggestions from the recent FCTE Follow-up Survey to newly called leaders will be utilized. It will focus on things to know about surviving and thriving in one's first call, especially during the first weeks and months of the transition into ministry. Projected publication and posting on this Web page is Spring 2004. It is a common fact that resources are most useful when they can be accessed on a needs basis. Therefore, the following links are provided to access a broad range of resources which are offered in the ELCA.
