 ELCA Ecumenical and
Inter-Religious Relations works with individuals, congregations, synods,
and ecumenical partners from around the country and the world. One
of our tasks is to further the ELCA's Declaration of Ecumenical
Commitment, from its history to its present. The work of
reconciliation, of mending where we experience brokenness, is central to
this task.
The rich history of
Christian unity in the world also includes you, your family, and your
community. In fact, the stories of your community are
directly connected to Christian unity in
the world. When these stories are shared, the whole church is
enriched.
We want to read and share your stories.
