Directions for downloading this resource:
This resource is intended to be a Web-based resource. You can download each piece of the document individually to simplify printing. Each piece is designed in booklet format. If your browser will allow, print each piece "front-to-back," or "two-sided." You can also print each piece single-sided, and then use a copy machine to make double-sided copies. Once the page is printed on both sides, fold down the middle width-wise. This will insure that the pages are in the correct order.
