  Festival de los Regalos de Dios The material in this program (congregational planning guide, video with English close- captioning and series of stewardship leaflets) will help congregations plan and develop an annual financial response program based on a "Festival of Gifts." This program was developed by a ELCA Latino leaders and is a very powerful tool in helping leaders identify their gifts, assets and talent; and how these assets can be utilized in ministry. Training events were held in many parts of the United States and Puerto Rico. This training event is also available for synods and congregational clusters. This program and material are available in both Spanish and English.
