The Devotional Guide for ELCA Congregation Councils and Committees equips you -- lay leaders and pastors -- to start off council or committee meetings with confidence. The Devotional Guide provides a Scripture reading and reflection for each month, accompanied by artwork, discussion questions, and prayers.

This resource was sent annually to ELCA congregations through 2007.
ELCA Communication Services will not be producing this resource in 2008, but you are free to revisit past years and share them with your council members.

Print copies of the 2007 issue are available by calling 800/638-3522. The devotional guides are formatted in such a way that you can download the individual months as PDF documents and copy them off for the council meeting; or if you are including them in the newsletter, you may cut and paste the text from the HTML version.
