Spiritual Gifts are just one of the many provisions God has given God’s people as they journey in faith together. God provides people of all ages with personal, environmental, relational and spiritual gifts to enrich their lives and equip them for growth in faith and service to God and others. (See Indent-a-Gifts Activities for Children, Youth and Adults for further reference.)
Spiritual gifts are designed by God to engage us as partners in ministry. God has called and equipped people with special gifts to accomplish God’s mission on earth. In Holy Baptism all members of God’s family are given gifts for leadership and service. Even as we welcome the youngest babes as members of God’s family and workers with us in the kingdom, we have the privilege of engaging them in age appropriate opportunities to nurture and express their gifts as they emerge.
