Outdoor Ministries in the News

A few of our camps have been featured or mentioned in churchwide publications recently. 

In The Lutheran (March 2007, page 42), Camp Ewalu is highlighted for a retreat on the Lord's Supper and the connections with the Jewish Passover. 

Making Christ Known 2007 (pages 12, 13), a publication for mission interpretation, mentions both Bear Creek Camp, Pennsylvania and Camp Metigoshe, North Dakota.  The stories relate to calls to ministry and leadership in the world.
