Fee Reduction
Criteria
Fee Reductions are available:
• for an individual who is listed in an
Organization Membership of LOM.
• for an Individual Member or Student Member of LOM
• for one event per year per member
• for first time attendance to a particular event (e.g., a participant can
receive a fee reduction once for the "Leadership Training – Program" and once for
the "Leadership Training – Administrative" and once as
"First-time" participant to ELCA Outdoor Ministry Conference)
• if the organization or the individual has a financial need
Amount
• Individuals fill out their requested amount for
the fee reduction on the Fee Reduction Form.
• Amounts are not to exceed 50% of the total cost of the original registration
fee of the event.
• When two or more people from the same organization apply, the fee
reduction amount for
each person shall not exceed 25% of the total cost of the original
registration fee of the event.
• Transportations costs are not eligible for fee reduction totals.
Application Dates
Application for fee reductions opens once the event
is available online.
Decisions regarding approval will be made at least 45 days prior to the
event.
Applications will be handled in the order in which they are received.
