You are invited to "Gather as One" as this joint conference brings together camp, outdoor ministry, and conference center professionals from the Presbyterian Church and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). The event is co-sponsored by Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association (PCCCA) and ELCA Outdoor Ministry. 

 

The conference offers outdoor ministry professionals and others the opportunity to develop and encourage leaders, renew their passion for ministry and sense of call, and inspire growth as we look to the future.

Come expecting something unique. This conference has been arranged differently than our previous gatherings. There will be times for large and small group worship and discussions. Our days are planned thematically around education, inspiration, fun, and relationships.

Our gathering takes place at Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center on the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe. If you have never been to Zephyr Point, then be ready to experience a wonderful facility surrounded by the beauty of God's creation.

The conference is designed primarily for professionals/camp directors in outdoor ministries, camping and conferencing. Others, including staff, retired outdoor ministry professionals, spouses and children, and other leaders and friends of outdoor ministries are invited and welcome to attend.

Board members are also invited and encouraged to attend the conference. Experience the dynamic network of dedicated outdoor ministry leaders and see how the organization you serve plays an integral part in this community.

  • Lutheran Outdoor Ministries (LOM), the association of outdoor ministry organizations, professionals, board members, businesses and students connected to Lutheran camping, conferences, and retreats works in partnership with ELCA Outdoor Ministry in planning and implementing the conference.

During the conference, PCCCA and LOM will meet separately for annual business meetings.
