WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY TO YOU?
Are you moving into a new home?
Unless the LORD builds the house,
those who build it labor in vain.
Unless the LORD guards the city,
the guard keeps watch in vain.
It is in vain that you rise up early
and go late to rest,
eating the bread of anxious toil;
for he gives sleep to his beloved.
Psalm 127:1,2
"Do not let your hearts be troubled. Believe in God, believe
also in me. In my Father's house there are many dwelling places. If it were not so, would
I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for
you, I will come again and will take you to myself, so that where I am, there you may be
also. And you know the way to the place where I am going." Thomas said to him,
"Lord, we do not know where you are going. How can we know the way?" Jesus said
to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except
through me. If you know me, you will know my Father also. From now on you do know him and
have seen him."
John 14:1-7
For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every
family in heaven and on earth takes its name. I pray that, according to the riches of his
glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through
his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being
rooted and grounded in love. I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all
the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of
Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to
accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine, to him be glory in the
church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.
Ephesians 3:14-21
Listen! I am standing at the door, knocking; if you hear my voice
and open the door, I will come in to you and eat with you, voice and open the door, I will
come in to you and eat with you, and you with me. To the one who conquers I will give a
place with me on my throne, just as I myself conquered and sat down with my Father on his
throne.
Revelation 3:20-21
