Do I need to make reservations for the shuttle?

Yes, please call toll free 1-888-284-3826 to make reservations. The recorded message that you may hear while on hold indicates that it is not necessary to make reservations, however, we prefer that you do make a reservation. Advanced reservations assist the shuttle company to prepare for the large influx of people arriving for the Churchwide Assembly.

How much does it cost?

Voting members and advisory members will receive a complimentary round-trip ticket.

All others attending the assembly can purchase a round-trip ticket. Travelers to O’Hare airport will be charged $46 per person for a round-trip ticket. Travelers to Midway airport will be charged $36 per person for a round-trip ticket. Please inquire about discounted pair and group fares.

When do I pay?

Payment will be made at the airport when you check in at the Continental Airport Express shuttle desk, which is located in the baggage claim area. They accept cash and most major credit cards. They do not accept checks.

How often do shuttles depart?

Shuttles depart every 10 to 15 minutes.

What hours do the shuttles operate?

• From O’Hare: 6:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m.

• From Midway: 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Are the shuttles wheelchair accessible?

If you need a shuttle with a wheelchair lift, please specify this when making your reservation. A special shuttle will be used to accommodate you.

What if I have questions about my return trip to the airport?

Representatives from the shuttle company will be available near the assembly registration area at Navy Pier on Friday, August 10th from noon – 4:00 p.m. to answer any questions you might have about your return trip to the airport.
