Next Churchwide Assembly - August 6-12, 2007

Rev. Lowell G. Almen,
Secretary of the ELCA, announced that the Tenth Biennial Churchwide
Assembly of
the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America will be held at Navy Pier
in Chicago, Illinois, August 6-12, 2007.
Navy Pier, one of Chicago’s premier historic landmark
attractions, offers over 50 acres of parks and gardens, lakefront
promenades, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, and an unparalleled
view of Chicago’s breathtaking skyline.
The 2005 Ninth Biennial Churchwide
Assembly of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America has
concluded.
