Photocopies

Patrons are not allowed to copy items themselves. At the discretion of the archivist, photocopying of certain items may be denied due to fragile condition of original materials.

Photoreproductions

Depending upon the size of the original, a copy negative may be necessary. If the archives does not already have a copy negative, the original print must be sent out and a copy negative made. The cost of this negative will be added to your order. The archives will retain the copy negative. Digital photo prints can also be produced from originals 8x10 or smaller without the need for a copy negative. Print costs are listed below.

Digital Imaging

Film to Videotape Transfers

16 mm film transfer to 1/2" VHS is available at the following prices:

Actual delivery charges and a service charge will be added to each order. The service charge will vary depending on the number of reels copied. Should cleaning and slicing be necessary, and additional fee of $25.00 per hour will be assessed. A $50.00 deposit is required when the order is placed. Please allow a minimum of four weeks to receive your order.
