Norwood Park Evangelical Lutheran Church

Norwood Park Evangelical Lutheran Church was organized on Jan. 23, 1921 by the United Lutheran Church in America, and is located at 5917 N. Nina Ave, at Nickerson Ave.

Construction on the original building began in early 1923 and the building was dedicated Jan. 6, 1924. An educational unit was added in 1955, while construction of a new church building began in 1959. Dedication of the new sanctuarytook place on April 9, 1961.
