4th German Evangelical United Lutheran St. Peter's

Organized in 1864 as a member of the Evangelical Synod, the congregation for a time was a union congregation of Lutherans and Evangelicals. Later a member of the Evangelical and Reformed Church, it is now a member of the United Church of Christ, and is known as St. Peter UCC. Currently located at 2805 N. Linder (office) or 5450 W Diversey Ave. (church), former locations include Chicago & Noble and Cortez & Oakley. Pastor Gotthilf Lambrecht served this congregation for many years, followed by Henry E. Lambrecht.
