The Virginia Interfaith Center is a nonpartisan coalition of faith communities working to create change through education and public policy. We bring together people of faith in Virginia and unite the volume of their voices throughout the public square, including the General Assembly. By partnering with organizations and across the state, Virginia's two Synods, and mobilizing our grassroots network, we empower faithful advocates to LEARN about the issues challenging our communities, PRAY for guidance and discernment, and ACT to make Virginia a more just and compassionate commonwealth.

Serving as an associate office for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America's state public policy network, the Virginia Interfaith Center works with Lutherans across the state engage in faithful citizenship to fulfill their call to advocate for dignity and justice for all people. The Center is both proud and honored to partner with the ELCA and considers itself a practical way individuals and parishes can live out the church's mission.
